It was just announced! I can’t believe it’s really happening. (I can’t wait to tell Tracy when she gets back from vacation that I’ll be right behind her on setting this thing up.) And I know the implementation is going to be a mess. No doubt. However, we currently have no way to deploy online training, learning activities, or guides. Just THAT alone made me run through the cube halls clapping my hands just now!

Might I inquire which LMS your company settled on?
Hi JZ,
We will be working with SumTotal. I have to say though that our organization is part of a much larger one who made this decision for us. I don’t know anything about the selection process. I’m just excited that our little shop is going to have access to something so robust.
What is your experience with LMSs?
Wow!!!! I don’t know how I missed this in my readings. I saw it today though and thought great….someone else to fumble through this LMS with.
We still haven’t gotten too far. Basically we’re in limo still until we figure out how to get our staff list merged into the system. We’re also the last component of the overall implementation. Unfortunately I think we are the most excited to get it underway.
I look really forward to see how we will both succeed on this new LMS journey.
